Like so many of us, I spent much of my adult life in a relentless cycle of losing and gaining the same 10-25 pounds. While some approaches did lead to temporary results, I always felt constantly hungry and dissatisfied, eventually causing the lost pounds to creep back on. It was a discouraging cycle.

The cycle finally ended when I stopped chasing quick fixes and made the fundamental shift to Metabolic Health. I began prioritizing a systematic approach centered on managing blood sugar and building a strong, resilient body.
